Day 1Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your lodge in Arusha. After check-in and a welcome briefing, take the rest of the day to relax from your journey.

Meet our team for your vehicle handover and a full safari briefing. Shop for supplies in Arusha, then drive to Tarangire National Park for your first game drive.

Explore the park’s baobab-filled savannahs and follow elephant herds along the Tarangire River. Enjoy a full day of self-drive adventure in one of Tanzania’s most peaceful parks.

Day 4Visit to Mto wa Mbu village

Day 5Driving to Serengeti

Depart early and drive along the scenic Ngorongoro Crater rim. Continue into the Serengeti, watching wildlife as you enter through Naabi Hill Gate. Camp or stay in a lodge deep in the savannah.

Day 6 Safari inside central Serengeti

Day 11 Materuni Waterfalls & Coffee Tour

Travel to Materuni Village at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. Hike to a lush waterfall and join a hands-on Chagga coffee experience—from bean to cup.

Day 12Kilimanjaro Day Hike

Go for a day hike on the Marangu Route, one of the main trails up Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy forest views, mountain air, and your last night near the slopes of Africa’s tallest mountain.

Day 13Drive back to Arusha

After breakfast, drive back to Arusha. Return your vehicle and transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport or your post-safari accommodation.
